Although he dropped out of middle school, he attained a high degree of literacy that he would later use in his lyrics.His debut album Illmatic, was released in 1994 on Columbia Records. Illmatic was a critically acclaimed bestseller and would go on to be widely hailed a classic i was only maybe three years old at the time but later on my brother put me on to him . The first album of nas i heard was 1999 - I Am...(The Autobiography) and than Nastradamus, Stillmatic,God's Son ,Street's Disciple,Hip-Hop Is Dead and Untitled .Nas is different from all that other rapper's ,mc's. He the king of hip hop no one else can do it like he dose it,tell's storys like he dose or give you history and educate on whats really going on.Him and DMX in Belly on of my favorite movie.
